[Bug]: Can't install dotnet 48

Description

cannot install dotnet48 using winetricks. the logs mention upgrading the wine version, taskset/cpuset, and 64-bit wineprefix but I'm very new to this and dont know what the solution is

Steps to reproduce

In bottle, click winetricks
Find dotnet 48
Run
