Long-press gestures are not working in RichText component [Android]

Description

Long-press gestures used for opening the context menu to copy/paste content, as well as used to move the caret, are no longer working in RichText components on Android. This is a regression introduced in the Gutenberg Mobile version 1.103.0 and related to a fix for a problem with Voice and assistive inputs (#53895).

NOTE: This issue is only affecting the Android version.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. In the Android app, open/create a post.
2. Add a Paragraph block.
3. Select the Paragraph block.
4. Long-press over the block.
5. Observe that the context menu that allows copy/paste is not displayed.
6. Type some text in the paragraph.
7. Long-press over a word.
8. Observe that the word gets selected.

Expected behaviour

Long-press gestures should work in the RichText component the same as they do in regular text inputs.

Actual behaviour

Long-press gestures are not working in the RichText component.
