Changes to Calculator

After a meeting with advisors today we determined that the calculator is a strong feature but needs to be spun more towards converting interest into sales. In order to do this we need to add some type of contact form that appears after a client interaction. I am thinking that we rework a the tile to not show a result until you hit a submit button. In addition to getting a result upon hitting submit a brief questionnaire asking if the form was helpful should also appear. If they check yes we will want a dialogue saying we would love to connect with them to discuss how Worxstr is a great solution for their business. If they check no we will want to create a dialogue that asks what went wrong and if we can contact them to determine better ways to fit their business needs.

First change should be to have a submit button prior to seeing a result:
