Adding a new song folder will report a 0 count until re-browsed to. #293

Add a new folder in your file system with songs in it.
Add that folder in song folder settings.
--Folder will report 0 songs
press refresh
--Folder still reports 0 songs
Click the browse button and select the same folder
--Folder finally updates song number
