YumaPro validator version 21.10-12 is currently available.
Change the version 20.10-9 to 21.10-12 in all the submodules which are using YumaPro validator.
Also, new installer must be placed in the correct directory for the docker-compose build to be successful.

Following error is displayed when running the command /usr/bin/yangdump-pro --version:

/usr/bin/yangdump-pro: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /usr/bin/yangdump-pro)
/usr/bin/yangdump-pro: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.33' not found (required by /usr/lib/libyumapro_ncx.so.21.10)

This was linked to pull requests Jan 24, 2023
