Describe the bug?

When SimpleUserSpawn is added to a slot in a world, regardless of other user spawners in the world, spawning will break. The user will not be able to fully load, only partially in a broken head and hands avatar. Users in the world will not be able to hear the user who spawned. And the user who spawned will not be able to move or user their hands. To the spawning users perspective they will load into the default avatar with their head stuck in the floor and their hands stuck in the air.

To Reproduce

This bug can be reproduced by creating an empty slot in a world and adding the SimpleUserSpawn component to it. Users will not be able to spawn correctly until SimpleUserSpawn is removed.

Expected behavior

Expected Behavior is to have the user spawn into the world as normal at the point where the SimpleUserSpawn is attached.
