Undo of text input transform of artboard results in bad coords (adders offset, policy frame error) #3782

New doc
select the artboard
set the reference point to bottom right
click in W transform text input and press Shift + arrow up multiple times (repos bug #3726)
Undo several times

Result: policy frame, adders and coordinates for artboard are now incorrect.
