Opacity changes when alpha value in color picker changes for text layers #3786

Alpha value is "Fill" value in standard Ps. When 'A' is changed in color picker, Opacity value should not change.

Create a text layer.
Open color picker to change the color.
Use the slider to change the 'A' value.

RESULT: The Opacity value changes.
EXPECTED: The Opacity value stays 100.
