Please put the system name in the title of this issue.
Please describe the issue:

Unable to login / connect to test-rise-ubuntu2404-riscv64-6 / 62.210.163.135

The machine is pingable, but login sessions timeout.
Nagios is showing this machine as down.. https://nagios.adoptopenjdk.net/nagios/cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=test-rise-ubuntu2404-riscv64-6
