First reported by @fekad in Materials-Consortia/optimade-python-tools#257:

https://dev-aiida-dev.materialscloud.org/autowannier/optimade/v0/extensions/redoc

It tries to load the opeenapi.json from https://dev-aiida-dev.materialscloud.org/v0/extensions/openapi.json URL without using the proper prefix (autowannier/optimade).
