Python 3.6 and earlier. Fixed by Orson Adams. (gh issue #771,

datetime.utcfromtimestamp, which is
deprecated as of Python 3.12. Reported by Hugo van Kemenade (gh pr #1284),

day of the month only if the same day on a different month resolves to a
date that doesn't exist. Reported by
