This repository was created to let users report potential issues in the Soybean Expression Atlas database.
Examples of issues that can be reported include:
- A metadata field is inaccurate for a particular sample.
- A page of the web application does not work as expected.
- The web application is off.
When reporting an issue, please remember to describe the issue in details, possibly with a screenshot of the error.
We also welcome users to propose new features that they would consider useful for data exploration.
