On changing language Keybaord and Toolbar disappears #4

After changing Language onFly, Keyboard / InputView (UIDatePicker) is not showing up but at the time of resignFirstResponder of UITextFiled keyboard / InputView appear and disappear from top for 1-2 seconds.

Can you please solve this?
