i am getting this error when i try to run "composer require mikehaertl/php-pdftk"

Content-Length mismatch, received 163575 bytes out of the expected 1478379
https://repo.packagist.org could not be fully loaded, package information was loaded from the local cache and may be out of date.

Please help anyone
