In certain situations, we observe that some RTSP cameras may require changing the pull type from TCP or UDP(3) to only TCP(1) for optimal functionality. Currently, the user needs to adjust the application settings, which affects all cameras. To address this, we should add a broadcast-level rtspPullTransportType setting.
