Getting error on every project on load

Expected behavior

The error should not be in the console for any page.

Actual behavior

When opening the old projects and new projects, I am getting a time console error.

1. the billing account not-found error are handled error:
   
   

2. the notification error seems to be the server side issue

I saw that the both errors happen even before updating with new code
