Challenge Phases vs. Challenge End Date Syncing

It is noticed during Milestone Management development, that the challenge end date is not in sync with current scheduled end date of last phase in the OR.

If the WM/OR syncing don't keep the challenge.EndDate up to date with latest scheduled or actual date. Then we can use last phase scheduled/actual end date to display it as end date for the challenges in the new Milestone Management UX (challenge listing)
