[WANTED FEATURE] ariaTSsetup cleanup prior to rerunning steps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If the ariaTSsetup script does not complete a run on a particular dataset, the user needs to manually clean up the entire directory structure prior to rerunning it from the beginning - otherwise the script returns errors.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the capability for the script to clean up or overwrite previously-generated files if it is re-run again in the same directory.
