Implement a user sign-up page where users can register via email/password or sign up using Google and GitHub OAuth. This feature will require integrating third-party OAuth services.

Tasks:

  • Create a basic sign-up form using HTML and CSS.
  • Integrate Google and GitHub OAuth for user registration.
  • Ensure form validation is handled (client-side validation).
