Why "subjects excluded because all voxels outside lesion cutoff mask"? #7

When I run the GUI, this error occurs. The lesion map I used define the lesion as 1 and non-lesion part as 0. All lesion images are .nii. I did not find explanation in the user guide.
Could anybody tell me why?
