Provide Node 22 in images

Node.js 22 was released on April 24, 2024. Please provide this runtime at least on following codebuild images (or their successors):

• aws/codebuild/standard:7.0
• aws/codebuild/amazonlinux2-aarch64-standard:3.0
• aws/codebuild/amazonlinux2-x86_64-standard:5.0
• aws/codebuild/amazonlinux-aarch64-lambda-standard:nodejs22
• aws/codebuild/amazonlinux-x86_64-lambda-standard:nodejs22

It looks like they quietly merged in nodejs 22 support in for the al2023 and ubuntu based ones https://github.com/aws/aws-codebuild-docker-images/releases/tag/24.08.23 but no lambda ones yet

Amazon Linux 2023 x86_64 standard:5.0

Amazon Linux 2023 AArch64 standard:3.0

Ubuntu standard:7.0
