Hi there!

Would it be feasible to provide an optional setting to manually set the snapclient host ID parameter?

I personally prefer to use more human readable names for my snapclients. And recently I've been trying to use this third-party script snapcast-autoconfig which needs client IDs in the configuration. (Side note: this script's feature would be great to have in Snapcast itself!)

Also, manually setting the host ID will make it easier for me to switch between different phones to provide a consistent snapclient for the same physical speaker. I use Snapdroid primarily as a bluetooth bridge to some of my speakers.

Hopefully this wouldn't be a difficult change. Thanks again for the amazing work on Snapcast!
