Develop documentation for bot script

Description: The bot script needs to be understood by its users and from a single pane of glass. A wiki should be created explaining what it does and how to use it.

Description of Done (DoD):

• Understand bot script enough to explain it to a newcomer to CHAOSS and document all discoveries.
• Set up bot script locally using the runbook.md attached below (kindly validate based on your OS).
• Improve the user experience of the runbook for users.
• (Optional): Suggest better ways to improve the bot script.
