Could some one give me some context on snapshot builds page? We just need a page that can list all builds in the s3 bucket? Or is there more structure needed?

This is the bucket https://resin-nightly-downloads.s3.amazonaws.com/ where we upload snapshot builds.

Every time a PR is merged on Etcher, the CI servers upload builds of the current master to that bucket for all OSes, and are meant to be used as a cutting-edge Etcher distribution channel, for early adopters, etc.

At least for now, something to browser the files in a more user friendly way should be more than enough.

@jviotti I'll need to add update the settings of the bucket, could you make sure they have these set? https://github.com/rufuspollock/s3-bucket-listing#s3-website-bucket-permissions

You'll likely just need to change the CORs stuff.

I don't think I have access to those settings. @brownjohnf can you help us out?

Didn't we decide that we were going to use the "Embed into your website" option (e.g. on an etcher.io subdomain), rather than hosting the 'index' on the S3 bucket itself?

@lurch I might be misunderstanding things but this will live on the Etcher homepage (hence the issue is on etcher-homepage), but the S3 bucket needs special permissions so that the explorer can work (independently on if its hosted on the S3 bucket or not)

Ah, I assumed those settings were for if the file-explorer was being hosted on S3 itself. Apologies.
I'm sure @brownjohnf will know what's what ;-)
