The liquidity pool exchange operation does not comply with whitelist and blacklist market settings

Bug Description

The whitelisted and blacklisted markets are not checked when trading via liquidity pools.

Expected Behavior
Trading should not be allowed if a market is blacklisted or not whitelisted when the whitelisting option is set.
