Treasury Economy API Support

Hi @bloodmc 😄
A while ago I messaged you on Spigot about Treasury Economy API support. I think GriefDefender will greatly benefit from the Non Player Accounts in the API as it seems a decent amount of Vault economies don't support banks. Do you think GriefDefender should provide an integration with Treasury?

Also, we are planning on adding a Region (land protection) API in the future - GD could also integrate with this.
