Prerequisites

  • [Yes ] Can you reproduce the problem with Debug -> Reload Without Extensions?
  • [Yes] Did you perform a cursory search to see if your bug or enhancement is already reported?
  • [Yes ] Did you read the Troubleshooting guide?

Description

I got live preview working, but every time I hit 'Enter', the live preview connection dies.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start Brackets, open directory, files show in editor, hit the lightning button, browser opens with preview.
  2. Begin editing file with changes reflected in live preview.
  3. Hit the 'Enter' key and lightning button icon turns red, connection lost. Live preview frozen at point when 'Enter' key was hit.
  4. Hit lightning button to turn off live preview. Hit it again and it connects again. Repeat from [CLOSED] Fleshed out overall UI layout #2.

Expected behavior: After #3, continue to work on file with live preview connected to browser.

Actual behavior: Live preview connection lost.

Versions

OS - PCLinuxOS - latest version (rolling release)
Brackets version - Release 1.9 experimental build 1.9.0-17312 (Perhaps I need a newer version?)

Hi@bushrang3r

Upgrade brackets to version 1.13 see if this helps.
