When you get a refund, it is reported wrong.
On the CSV file, it is a negative number on the 'chargedAmount' column and a positive number on the 'originalAmount' (as it should be).
YNAB sees that as a charging transaction too.

An example from my CSV file
2023-04-19T01:08:25.000Z | שופרסל און ליין | -30 |   |   | xxxx|   | 30 | ₪ |

Are you trying to say that both chargedAmount and originalAmount need to be negative numbers?
