When I open the brave browser preferences and go to payments it says my account balance is 0, but the address it tells me to send BAT to still has my 10 BAT that was never used to pay (the problem appeared right before the first payment was due).

In my case, the balance disappeared like others and my recovery key wouldn't work. Today the recovery key "worked" but not as I would have expected:
