Text duplicated on manage wallet screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile on 0.58.11
2. Enable rewards by clicking on BR button in URL bar
3. Click on Advanced options. The info text is duplicated (see screenshot)

Should not duplicate the info text

@simonhong looks like it's related to #2481, only affects Linux. Maybe combine fix for both.

@srirambv Can you re-install latest version and check again?
brave/brave-core#909 fixes this and it is merged into 0.58.x and 0.59.x.
I newly installed beta/dev version on linux(ubuntu) and I can't see duplicated strings.

@NejcZdovc any idea on this one? Would like a fix for 58.x but can move out if we can't get a fix in time.

Removing P3 and adding the needs-investigation. Both @NejcZdovc & @btlechowski can't reproduce the issues on their VM's but @srirambv and myself can. We need to figure out what the difference is any why some users are seeing the above and some aren't.

I did a quick Zoom call with @NejcZdovc and he was using the same Ubuntu version but couldn't reproduce the issue. Maybe some type of dependency issue? I tried it on my Mint laptop and I could reproduce the same issue even though the deb installer told me all dependencies were installed.

We need more information.

Closing the issue as it looks resolved with 0.59.31 Chromium: 72.0.3626.71. @srirambv also mentioned under #3131 (comment) that it was fixed for him as well. Went through the following:

• Mint 19.1 x64 VM - Couldn't reproduce the issue
• Mint 19.1 x64 (physical machine) - Couldn't reproduce the issue
• Ubuntu 18.04 x64 VM - Couldn't reproduce the issue

Used the following build:
