Describe the issue you encountered: borders and corners of each button on navbar are not clickable

Expected behavior: All place of the buttons should be clickable

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): macOS

  • Brave Version: master branch

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open a new tab
    2. Open some links to activate go back/forward button
    3. Place the mouse cursor on the corners and borders of the button
    4. Click

  • Any related issues:
