Enhancement - New menu to pause livestream with custom graphic

Now that you know how to create a submenu, how about another one like the Auto Config for Stream Control that allows you to pause the live feed and replace it with a custom graphic, similar to what happens when you unplug an HDMI source.

This would be useful to pause the stream during the sacrament with a graphic like: Sacrament in Progress.

Note: we just got the church's latest AV system in our stake center, and all HDMI video and sound is piped to an AV control room where the broadcast originates. I don't think a remote control power clicker will work for this. It would be better to have a software based solution that someone could activate with their smart phone.

I do like the default graphic you have, but this would be a good way to customize that as well.
