To help people make changes to specific articles quickly, we should add a cache-invalidation URL. Maybe this could be by added ?refresh=true to the end of a URL? This should then 302 redirect you back to the URL without the query parameter.

This should be done as part of this base squad epic: https://github.com/ubuntudesign/base-squad/issues/67
