Bug in ff_getcwd when FF_VOLUMES < 2
Add references for configuring Standard Input/Output (stdio) Support.
Add GPIO interrupt for Card Detect so we get notified when SD card is removed.

When FF_VOLUMES >= 2, a heading drive prefix is added to the path name. ff_getcwd strips off this prefix. However, see 8126ebe#r52195301
If there is no prefix, ff_getcwd failed to copy the cwd string to the buffer pointed to by pcBuffer.
