hovering links enhancement

Issue:
In the current state of the website, the sublinks for the cravel tools are given, that on hovering gets underlined which seems too basic and stale.

For this an addition of an alternate hovering features can be added such as:

1. The text color changes on hovering
2. background box of the content must be poped up (making it appear bigger in size).
3. Heading of each domain can be adjusted to change font when hovered upon.

This will require some changes in the css part of the code.
