Greetings!

Quick suggestion - "Simple App on Kubernetes" could really refer to anything... just a quick suggestion to add "with Carvel" or "Carvelized" or "With Carvel Tools" to the title of this repository to help users quickly understand (even via the URL) what this repository is used for.
