Show the message in the UI till the organisation is being fetched

User Story

As an Automate User, if I click on a server where migration is in progress, I should be able to see a notification on top to indicate migration is in progress.

Acceptance Criteria

• This status should go away when the migration is done by itself

Implementation Details

• UI needs to call the status API to fetch the status of the migration
