Add a slider model which gives ability to upload compressed file

User Story

As an Automate User,
I want to sync Chef Server with Automate whenever there is a change in the server by uploading knife ec backup output in a zipped format.

Acceptance Criteria

• The slider should be shown when user clicks on the Sync button
