To ensure that we can deploy if github is down, we're going to mirror relevant github repos to an independent git service.

Implementation sketch:

Run gitlab using kubernetes
Configure gitlab to mirror cg-* repos, plus anything else we might need to deploy if github is unavailable

jmcarp assigned jmcarp and sharms

mogul added In Progress Program Atlas Icebox and removed In Progress Program labels

mogul removed the Icebox label

karareinsel unassigned sharms
