For this task, I see the following things that'll be needed

• Knowledge of Concourse to get the UAA credentials for creating the UAA client.
  • Knowledge of the UAA and reading the docs on how to creating a client with the right scope, etc.
• Knowledge of Concourse and ☁️.gov to set up the deployment pipeline the cg-* way.
• PRs and fly set-pipeline
• Profit 😁

Worked on this with Roger today. Got a repo setup and working through getting it running on Concourse. Using the setup process to learn how to generate secrets while setting this up.

Going to hold off on deploying this in production until Monday since everyone is going to need to use Tock today to track their time. 😁 So for now I'll put it in Awaiting Acceptance and create an issue about adding assertion acceptance tests to the cg-deploy-uaa-guard-broker repo.
