Originally, the purpose of this buildpack was to bring good perl support to Cloud Foundry, but it turned out to be useful for compiling just about anything. To simplify the build process, sourcey comes with a plugin system to easily add new compilation helpers into the system. Examples of packages that work out of the box:
  • perl 5.20 with cpanminus
  • postgresl 9.3
