• BBL will now set a runtime config including BOSH DNS when bbl up is run. This runtime config is derived from the version of bosh-deployment bundled with BBL.
• You may override this behavior with your own customizations by supplying YAML patch files in runtime-config in your state directory, similar to cloud-config. You may also completely disable this behavior by supplying a YAML patch that supplies an empty root for the YAML document.
• files in the vars/ subdirectory of the bbl state are no longer executable.
• New flag: bbl print-env --shell, to enable Powershell syntax (sh is still the default).
