What happened?

https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda/en/latest/user-guide/concepts/pkg-specs.html appears to be a more up-to-date version of https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda-build/en/latest/resources/package-spec.html

Notably the conda-build page does not mention paths.json at all.

paths.json replaces info/files, info/has_prefix and so forth if it is present.

Instead, we should delete the conda-build documentation and link to the conda version.
