Bug description

When creating a new Kind cluster, under "Resources>Kind", the logs are available under the "Show Logs" button:

But if the creation fails, this button and the logs are not displayed, which makes it difficult to investigate.

The Show Log button should be visible here.

My environment:
Podman Desktop v1.7.1

Operating system

Ubuntu 22.04

Installation Method

Flathub (Linux)

Version

1.7.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Find a way to have a broken Kind environment... in my case it is just running Ubuntu - see container with systemd don't start crun#1308 and https://noobient.com/2023/11/15/fixing-ubuntu-containers-failing-to-start-with-systemd/

  2. Under Setting, Click on Create New... under Kind:

  3. Click on "Create", and see the "Show Logs" button show up and the disappears when the creation fails.
