CI: Add terminal fuzzy tester. #180

There is a fuzzy tester in the wild (Github....) that can fuzzy-test the terminal parser and VT sequence handling.

Integrate this functionality into the CI "build" workflow so it can be used to fuzzy-test the terminal upon push.
