When trying to download a file from S3 I get the following error

  <Code>PermanentRedirect</Code>
  <Message>The bucket you are attempting to access must be addressed using the specified endpoint. Please send all future requests to this endpoint.</Message>  <RequestId>XXX</RequestId><Bucket>XXX</Bucket><HostId>XXX</HostId><Endpoint>XXX.s3.amazonaws.com</Endpoint></Error>

my bucket name is replaced with XXX
