Too many players afk.

1. Prompt all players to vote JA to start the game. If a player fails to vote JA, that player is kicked from the room.
2. Volume adjust for game starting sound because "gong" sound is not loud enough
3. Option to allow game popup to front screen on start
4. Pinged player should receive notification sound effect

Honestly, the easiest way to solve AFK players is to count it as a loss if they are caught afk.

There should be a button where if there's a unanimous consensus among the other 6 players (they all click it), the player is recorded as an AFK. The appropriate elo will then be deducted from their account. This will discourage potential AFK players from doing so in the future.

Never mind, sometimes it's out of the user's control. Sometimes I go AFK accidentally or the site crashes on me. If the elo was deducted I'd probably lose at least 100 elo by now. I agree with the previous solution to solve AFKs
