Example app/Boilerplate

So I went through the meteor-tuts and read about grapher, cult-of-coders/apollo, and now grapher-schema-directives.

I know I want all these things and they seem like they come as a package. I like graphql and I like the relational mapping grapher advertises. I'm just not sure where to start and how everything should be tied together. There are a few things in each of these projects that I cant seem to grasp from the docs.

Is there boilerplate repo or example app repo?
