What is problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

I'm experiencing issues with my PS5 controller when using it with a Bluetro adapter on my SNES. When I connect the controller and start playing, it frequently malfunctions:

The controller starts pressing the "Start" button by itself.
Some buttons either don't work or trigger the wrong actions. For example, pressing "A" activates "B." Press "UP" activates "A"

To temporarily resolve the issue, I have to turn the SNES off and on again, then reconnect the controller through the adapter. This process usually needs to be repeated multiple times until the controller functions correctly. Additionally, these issues sometimes occur in the middle of a game.
