Hi everyone,

Very interesting project! :) Below is a Readme review:

What I liked:

Clear goals for the project
READMEs for each of the package are concise and descriptive
Good instructions for packages installations

Suggestions:

Minor point as work is in progress, but it was a bit confusing to navigate between branches (ie master vs hackseq19 branches). Maybe put a link to the new README in the master branch as well?
